So I’m traveling in my second home of Oahu when my Sister and Law and wife said we had to make a lunch stop at a great little place just 10 min. from Sandy’s beach.

I know it’s been a week since the last post (or more) and I’ve been doing a lot of eating and documenting, so expect to see some cool videos and “On the Grind” reviews next week.
I wanted to post my lunch from the other day which was super easy to put together because it was made of 100% left overs. The chicken came from a rotesiere Chicken we baught for dinner, the bacon was pre fried a couple days ago and the spinage and onions were in the fridge. 5 minutes to prepare and even shorter amount of time to eat.
Make packing form home easy by having plenty of left overs and experiment with throwing fun salads together (I rarly use the words fun and salad together).
The simpler it is, the easier it is to stick with it. Now go raid the fridge and make something.

I’ve been going to the Old Vine Cafe for the past two years and I get the exact same thing each time the Omelet Espana; Egg, Artichoke, mushrooms, bell pepers, etc.
